Background

Luiz specializes in structured credit, DCM and FIDCs — the engineering that connects those who need capital to those who want to invest. Over more than 4 years in the field, he has worked end to end: from financial modeling and risk parameters to origination and relationships with originators and investors.

He worked in structuring at LBA Capital, where he structured 80+ transactions — over R$100 million in volume — defining subordination, overcollateralization and amortization triggers. He saw the other side of the table on the buy side at UV Gestora, assessing deals from the investor's perspective, and started out in risk and pricing at Voiter.

A Civil Engineering graduate from UFSCar, at F2 he applies that analytical, market-driven view to structure tailored credit solutions.
