Background

Luiz specializes in structured credit, DCM and FIDCs. Over more than 4 years in the field, he has worked from financial modeling and risk-parameter design through to origination and relationships with originators and investors.

He worked in structuring at LBA Capital, where he structured 80+ transactions with over R$100 million in volume, defining subordination, overcollateralization and amortization triggers. He saw the other side of the table on the buy side at UV Gestora, assessing deals from the investor's perspective, and started out in risk and pricing at Voiter.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UFSCar. At F2, he applies that analytical, market-driven view to structure tailored credit solutions.
