Fernando brings more than 25 years in capital markets and investments, with a path that combines running large platforms and building businesses from scratch. He is a name that knows the Brazilian investor from the inside.
He was partner and CEO of Guide Investimentos for six years, led Investments and the retail brokerage at Citi, ran Sales & Trading at Interfloat — later acquired by XP — and started at BankBoston. Today he is a Director at Safra, leading customer acquisition, engagement and product distribution strategies across the Wealth, Retail and Institutional segments.
An economist from PUC-SP with an MBA in Capital Markets from FIPECAFI and a certified board member, he contributes to F2's advisory board, bringing a portfolio, wealth-management and distribution lens.
